Ask for Cade! We booked in to have our air conditioner looked at online, called back within the hour to get more of the story, told the likely problem and they'd send someone out with the part but she wasn't prepared to guarantee before it was check, very fair. Cade sent a text 30 mins before arrival and called on arrival, came in was incredibly polite and friendly, did a quick clean gave me great advise and I'll now be booking a full clean as he didnt have time for today, fair enough. Ill even be going through him to get a second air conditioner installed. Very happy very professional service

I spoke to Debra about getting a repair for a unit and what options I had available. She was beyond diligent in trying to find solutions for my home situation without coming across as pushy - she just wanted to help! Whilst I cant yet speak for the companies after sales process, Debra made such a profound impression I am writing a review in advance.

Awesome repairman, Grant arrived on time as promised. Rectified the problem and was courteous, professional and great to deal with. Can recommend this service. Costs were within normal range for repair call out and repairs. Although unit was still just in warranty the manufacturer didn't cover this repair, however he did ask the question over the phone which is very much appreciated. Great service.

Called to fix the aircon unit. They couldn’t workout what the issue was and still wanted me to pay $204.99 for a call out fee before leaving the property. It was a waste of time and money. I called another company and they were able to fix it on the spot. Never deal with again.

Awesome service. Lewis was very professional and did a great job of fixing my aircon. Very reasonable price and lovely people to deal with. Highly recommend this company.
