Booked the installation to replace my old gas heater, the experience started with Debra's kind and informative advise on the model to choose, followed with Grams' professional installation service on site, with all questions (silly ones too) answered patiently, and careful hand over on the bit and pieces need to pay attention. Feels my heater is delivery by trusted hands, and also feels reliable with the 7 years warranty.

Never had a problem with this company
Originally had come fix my Mitsubishi air conditioner as it was leaking on my couch
They replaced the pump and explained what was wrong - really need to be careful getting your air conditioner cleaned by electro dry unfortunately especially if your pump was broken
Also had a fabulous conversation with the young man
I did feel safe
Had service on 23/03/21 & Dave moved my chair and cleaned the filters
He moved everything outside too and checked everything, he even swept for me
As a lady with a disability, very helpful

Very professional, punctual and polite. Working very hard on hot day installing air conditioning to our upstairs area. Excellent standard of work! Installed split system downstairs two weeks ago, no issues. Highly recommend this company and their workers!

Great service from the moment I called. Debra was very accommodating in finding a solution to meet my budget and the right timeframe we were seeking for the replacement of our split system.
