If anyone has ever tried to get Air Conditioner Service / Installation done in summer, it is almost impossible. We recently had a large split system installed in an office block, including the removal and replacement of the ducting by Melbourne Heating & Cooling. I rang looking for a quote at 2.30pm 8/2, owner inspected site at 3.00pm, quote via email at 5.00pm, Air Con unit ordered 9/2, installation commenced 16/2 and completed early AM 18/2. Installers were very considerate of the office tenants, completed the works efficiently and left the building tidy. It was a pleasure doing business with this company!!

Fantastic business.
I had gas heating installed by them several years ago and recently went back to get air conditioning. I live off-grid with battery based solar power so have some unusual energy constraints. Melbourne Heating and Cooling took all this in their stride without any issues. Some other businesses had told me what I wanted was not possible.
The tradesmen were polite, tidy and very competent- a pleasure to have in my home.
The ducted air conditioner is so quiet that I actually called them because I thought it wasn’t working! I am pleased to say that I had a lovely chat with Deb who explained that the system was meant to be that quiet and unobtrusive. The following day was 37’C outside and my house stayed a very comfortable 24’C. The system definitely works.
I am so very happy with both installations and would highly recommend this business.
